Buy a house, make the payment, take the calls at all hours of the evening, and assure that it stays occupied, oh, and do the maintanance: WHY?

My husband and I recently began renting with Austin-Fleck and we could not be happier. Annie was awesome in returning phone calls and letting me know exactly what was needed to make the rental process quick and easy. We were in our new home with a couple of weeks. Their availability and website process is amazing as well. I am happy to be renting through them.

We have loved working with Austin Fleck! We had our rentals with another property management company and were so frustrated with the lack of information on our properties. I completely agree with you; the first two property managerment companies we used, before learning of Austin Fleck, paled in comparison. The first company had our rental vacant for almost four months. When I called the number listed for renters, I got voice mail – and that was the end of that. The next Co. was smaller and more personable – securing a renter in two weeks, but as they grew their interal processes left us feeling a little nervous for tax time.
Austin Fleck has it all. From the minute we walked in the door, we knew they were the ones! All the staff are personable, professional, and genionly nice people. Having one company to work with for both purchaseing and renting is the way to go. They actualy had renters lined up before we had the repairs and clean-up done – that’s a nice feeling!! And, most importantly, we haven’t seen our rentals since we finished the initial clean-up work. The thorough screening process, responsive maintenance staff, and respectfuly straight forward tenant management practices, creates the best results for both the landlord and renter.

I owned a rental property for 2 years and rented it “on my own.” When I was ready to rent out my property this time, I decided to investigate utilizing a property management company, because renting “on your own” is much harder and more costly than you might think.
Before hiring Austin-Fleck Properties, however, I did my due diligence. I interviewed multiple property management companies and Austin-Fleck was far and above better than all of them, hands down! I am a very particular and detail-oriented individual and I appreciate not only the attention to detail that Austin-Fleck gives my physical rental property, however, I truly appreciate the attention to detail they give to my accounting information, as well.
Susan is AMAZING!!! I cannot speak highly enough of Susan’s professionalism, ability to communicate and the respect she affords to both owners and renters.
Please understand, there may be other property management companies who appear to be “less expensive” than Austin-Fleck, however, this very frugal business woman is here to tell you, there is NONE better than Austin-Fleck and they are FULLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! I am happy to know Susan and her team are there to help me, especially as I move forward with additional rental properties, which I know will not remain vacant for long!!!!!
